Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By inviting the RaceStats bot to a Discord server, by using the website at myracestats.scorsa.io, or by subscribing to RaceStats Premium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MyRaceStats is operated by Scorsa Technologies ("Scorsa"), an Australian business (scorsa.io). "We", "us", and "MyRaceStats" refer to Scorsa Technologies.

2. The service

MyRaceStats is a third-party tool that surfaces publicly available iRacing data inside Discord and on the web. It is not a replacement for the official iRacing service, and features depend on the continued availability of the iRacing Data API and Discord platform.

Some features ("Premium") require a paid subscription. The free tier is offered as-is, with no service-level guarantee.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use MyRaceStats to harass, dox, or otherwise harm other iRacing members or Discord users.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or use it to mass-collect iRacing data.
  • Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service without written permission.
  • Use the service in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or iRacing's Terms of Use.
  • Reverse-engineer, attack, or otherwise interfere with the bot or website.

We may suspend or remove access for any account or Discord server that breaches these rules.

4. Accounts and authentication

The website uses Discord OAuth for sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. We are not responsible for activity carried out through a compromised account.

Server admins are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their members, including who can run setup and admin commands.

5. Premium subscriptions

  • Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pricing and feature availability are described on the pricing section of the website and may change with notice.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your first Premium payment, email [email protected] within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, refunds for partial billing periods are not offered except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Their terms also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Data and privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is used. MyRaceStats only stores publicly available iRacing data plus the Discord and account identifiers needed to operate the service.

7. Intellectual property

The MyRaceStats name, logo, website, and code are owned by Scorsa Technologies. iRacing data, series names, track names, and car artwork are the property of iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, and are used here under fair-use principles to display public results. MyRaceStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. league branding uploaded to the dashboard). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content as needed to operate the service for your league or server.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability. Race results displayed by MyRaceStats are derived from third-party data and may contain errors or delays.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scorsa Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under your local consumer-protection law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (data, IP, liability, etc.) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
